Hope!

Something magical and historic happened in South Carolina yesterday.

White and Black Americans from the deep South stood together, hand in hand, and rejected the politics of fear and racial division. Instead, they chose the politics of hope. Our democracy, and our country, may never be the same. Our grandchildren may look back at this moment as a turning point in U.S. history.
