If the wealthiest people in the world are rich because of the risks they've taken, why aren't workers who risk life and limb the wealthiest? If the wealthiest people in the world are rich because of their intelligence and ingenuity, why aren't scientists, engineers and medical researchers the wealthiest? I think it's time we recognize that the wealthiest people in the world are rich because the rules of our economy allow the wealthy to buy money, and a person's income is not a measure of their value to society.
