a raiz do desejo.
atenção poderá interromper o fluxo do desejo: procure estar
instante a instante você ocupa o corpo e interrompe o fluxo do desejo
que se manifesta através do pensamento
compulsivo, focando sua atenção no momento presente. Se pergunte: “Onde
estou?

"In order to put an end to compulsive desires, we must face the root of desire itself. Who in us desires? What is the purpose of this desire? When desire is programmed in us, it becomes an addiction, and then only an exercise in mindfulness can stop this flow of desire. Try to be constantly mindful of yourself, making yourself whole in your actions. From moment to moment, remain present occupying your body, thus interrupting the flow of desire that manifests through compulsive thinking. Focus your attention on the present moment. Ask yourself: ‘Where am I? What am I doing?’ These questions serve as an alarm clock that awakens you and brings you back to the present moment."
