48% of voters support Prop 8 and 45% oppose it. That makes it within the margin of error.[1]
That means there’s good news and a continuing challenge.
The good news is our ads are working. Voters are responding.

Donate. We must stay on the air – on TV and radio – at a level and volume that reach voters.
Volunteer. We must call undecided voters. We must show the broad support for defeating Prop 8 with state wide visibility events.
Spread the word. Now is the time to enlist your family and friends. Get to every person you know and tell them to vote No on 8. It’s unfair and it’s wrong
