Spencer at the Alden Spencer Lecture

Being the dutiful father that I am , I looked at my son's Facebook (he still won't make me his friend, I can understand). When asked who this guy was (on his facebook page) my son Spencer said he is, "Nobel Prize winner Eric Kandel at Columbia! The Neuroscience Department has a big dinner and lecture in memory of my great-uncle Alden Spencer every year, so I got to go this time!"
