Stay Sacramento has been very busy representing the interests of the silent majority who do not want or need another bureaucratic city with more politicians, higher taxes and pension costs, increased fees, just so a few egos can run for political office.

We need your support and we need it now. Email us at staysacramento@gmail.com to help us fight those trying to buy cityhood.

The small group of people advocating cityhood have yet to disclose how much money they have been given by special interests outside of our community. We do know that the cities of Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Citrus Heights and Folsom have each given up to $50,000 to help make our community a city. The question is why. Why in this economy would one city give another area upwards of $50,000 in taxpayer money to a group trying to push something a majority of people do not want.
