Every once in a while I am very proud to be living in this city... this evening was one of those moments...

The Interfaith Council of Sacramento in answer to the gentleman in Florida who wanted to burn a Quran hosted an evening of doves, prayers from all the religions in Sacramento and covered the Quran in roses... I have never been prouder of my city.  The gentleman in the red robe is a particular hero of mine... the Presbyterians removed him from the church because he performed a wedding ceremony for a gay couple...
