Good news, Bad news

Good news: We are getting a fire escape and I know I should be both grateful and happy that they are building said fire escape at theendof our corredor. Its a good thing as we would be trapped here on the second floor, if something gawd forbid happened... 

The bad news is that it is being built right outside of our office... and the jackhammers are shaking the hell out of us... and as you can see, the campus was built on the leftovers of a former bauxite / iron ore mine...  solid red rock... and why nothing grows up here on the Morro do Cruzeiro.
