The pastor of a United Methodist Church in Cassopolis says he resigned because he faced being fired for having a gay partner. Many say it was well-known that Rev. Benjamin Hutchison was gay and had a long-term partner, but it wasn't until yesterday that the minister says he was told he would be fired if he didn't resign.
