Just the other day...
Just the other day, I was driving to the campus from a school in the ´burbs. You can take the freeway,m or you can meander a bit. I decided to take the road the winds around, boulevards with trees, shaded trees, flowers.
With my Ford Escape Hybrid I have learned to slow down a bit. There is a range 40-60mph that gives me the maximum mileage, sty in that range and you get 37-38mpg.
I am going to 54 in June - almost 1/2 way between - that means I ma getting maximum mileage.
