Katehi was horrified at use of pepper spray, spokeswoman says

UC Davis Chancellor Linda Katehi was horrified at the use of pepper spray on students Friday and had given orders for police to remove protester's tents peacefully, a university spokeswoman said today as the school prepares for another rally.
